Two Questions - I've copied and pasted about 4 or 5 Word documents into one - half way through the last section, the page numbers go back to number 1 again. Why is this?

Secondly, why do the page number sshow up on screen as white numbers in a small grey box? No settings have changed it to this.

If you're using microsoft office 2003 or 2007 it could be a bug, these two versions are fairly new and contain many bugs.
