Hican anyone help i have copied my holidays photos on to cd which are fine and can playback on my dvd player. the problem is that i made a few video clips from my camera but can not seem to copy these, well not very successfully have copied them on cd and i can play them back my computer but not on my dvd player which is what i wanted to do i get an error message on my dvd player.Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or is that this is not possible. Thanks

It is likely that your DVD player cannot read the format. Use Nero, whatever other program you have to convert them to DVD format. The DVD can read the still photographs because they are in .jpg format.
Most cameras save clips in .mov (Quicktime) format, which most (all?) DVD players don't understand. You'll need to get a converter like Super or WinAVI (the latter will need the Quiktime Alternative codec) to convert the files into something DVD-friendly. If you are using a CD, it will either need to be mpeg for conversion to a VCD or (assuming your DVD handles DivX) a DivX/AVI file should play.

Unfortunately, the quality (after being converted and blown up to TV screen size) tends to be a bit poor!
