tomtom sat nav problem

just bought a tomtom one....works great only prob is cant seem to update it on the computer for the mapping...anyone else had this trouble??and what was the solution

Hello honey33. I have the same problem. I purchased the map from the web site but cannot update my tomtom one. I have a version one also. I have tried using the programs "Home", versions one and two. You can see the download waiting to be installed on the website but, when I go to update on both programs, nothing happens. If you find a solution please reply.
