Hi- My boyf wants to get a TV card to put into his computer - he is driving me insane as has spent three days 'researching' them!!

Can anyone recommend a good one please? That does lots of 'stuff' (apparently you can get some that you can stop in middle of programme, rewind programme lalala...) to keep him amused but still quite reasonably priced? Thanks
