Yahoo mail invalid ID or password ?

My original email ID was set up some 10 years ago (i think) and was talk21.com I think a BT thing at the time. Some while back Yahoo / BT tok over - no probs. However when I tried to access my mail this AM I got the above message. I have not changed a thing so either Yahoo have done something, or somebody has hacked my ID and got in and changed password etc. I deliberately locked my user ID just in case by trying to logon many times.
Question being - when I try to reset my ID / password Yahoo ask for all of my original details EG. DOB ( I probably lied 10 years ago) Postcode (i have moved 4 times) etc. can't give the correct answers ? ughhh anyone tried to get customer support ? HELP !!!!!!!

Most web based email clients will drop your account after three months should you not log in Creepy.
Just get another mate.
