Windows Live Mail Password?

I've got a bit of a problem. i've forgotten my hotmail password and also the answer to my secret question. there is no alternate email account set up for the reset details to be sent to so that option is out of the question. i usually access my email through live messenger but because my password's expired i can't even do this now.

Any ideas how i can't reset my password and access the account?
