I have recently had a problem getting on to the internet.I contacted my provider & an engineer talked me into getting the connection back, as it was all rather complicated to me my question is, can I retrieve all of the info from my computer so that I can print it for future reference?

acronis true image will backup any or all of your machine ... without fuss

but you'll also need something to backup to!
