Does the Helpctr.exe file still exist or have you accidently deleted it, xp occassionly offers you to delete files that have not been used. Why do you need the help centre for windows update? click on the link provided http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.a

Sorry I can't really help but your speeling mistook of heaving has given me a laugh....the thought of you getting frustrated and throwing up on you computer made me smile.....Hope you get it sorted...

P.S. If all else fails why not get someone to copy the missing file from their PC and send you it? I will oblige if your really stuck...if you need to join our little yahoo group at http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/Answerbook/ and you can exchange email details with other users from here on that site as the editor frowns upon personal details being given out here.
