The CD does not appear to have an 'easy install wizard' as stated in the instructions. Any ideas as to what we can do now? All help much appreciated.

You should still be able to view the installation manual on the disc. It's more time consuming but you'll get there in the end.

Put the CD in the drive and hold down the shift key to prevent it autorunning. When the light on the drive has gone off, right-click on the drive in "my computer" and select "open". This should open the installation manual in a PDF format (make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed). Follow the instructions from the appropriate point.
