You ask for a "good" laptop but it is hard to get a definition of good.
By "good" do you mean low price, or fast processor, or large screen, or lightweight, or long battery life, or what?.
I guess the first thing to define is your price point. You can get a laptop from about 350 to over a 1000 so you need to decide what you want to spend.
Any laptop will be good enough for music and internet, but gaming is another matter.
Laptops are not that good for playing games (most dont have good graphics cards) so you need to find one that is good for gaming.
IF you want to play games you will probably need a 17" screen (many come with 15.4" screens) but 17" screens make the laptop more expensive.
I would do some research. Go to W H Smiths and look at the computer magazines, there is one called What Laptop. Here is their web site:
http://www.whatlaptop.co.uk/
Also look at gaming magazines and see if they suggest laptops that are good for gaming.
Also seach in the internet for things like "laptops for gaming" and phrases like that. Here is one site:

Finding a laptop is a bit of trial and error. There is no BEST one, you just need to find the one that meets your criteria.
Note that laptops come and go very quickly, some companies change models every few months, so if you find one you like BUY IT.
