XP Icon trouble :-(

For some reason my recycling bin,the run command,help and support,search, readme files and some control panel icons are changing or are not showing up i think this may be because my brother was messing with tweakUI.And i cant fix it ive tried alot of things going to regedit and fixing things there, deleting the iconcauche file and restarting and system restore nothing is working anyone have any idea what i can do to fix this?

In TweakUI, select the tab Repair, ensure Rebuild Icons is selected and click Repair Now. This should put your icons back
