i cannot get sound on ITV2 and ITV3 on my freeview box, any ideas please. i've been told to re scan freeview but dont know how to do it, can someone explain please. thanks

re-scan sounds like a good idea.
how? - look in the instruction book - or on the website.
(you've not said which brand/model you have!!!)

generally there is a "menu" option on your remote
in the resulting menu - you should have a "setup", "system"
or even "setup system" option
(it may even just be "scan").
somewhere in there will be the option to
re-set to factory settings or just to re-scan.
