Technobods, please help. I've come to the end of my Broadband contract with Madasafish and requested my MAC code for transfer to Sky (as I'm entitled to free broadband with them). Madasafish said I still have to give 28 days notice and obviously pay for this period however they appear to have disconnected me already! Surely I should still be connected until the MAC code is re-used??? Any advice folks?

They have to provide MACs on request.

They have supplied me with a MAC code but still say I must pay for the 28 day notice period - which is fine. I thought I'd still be able to use Madasafish during this period while I'm waiting for Sky broadband to be set up (I've not even contacted Sky yet!).
Contact OFCOM and report the incident.
