Contacting any dept. of BT is an absolute nightmare, many options which all have dead ends, or leave you hanging on the phone until they hope you abandon your enquiry! Try ringing sales on 0800 800 150 & follow the options where you can ask for an advtsor. They must have the worst call centre set up in this country! When you finally reach a human voice, its often difficult to understand what the hell they are saying, as they all speak some strange dialect ! Are their call centres still in India?
