Delete it!!!!!!!!!!

How do I delete any unsolicited e-mails ?If I highlight it prior to deleting it it opens the e-mail.Somethng I want to avoid.I'm using Incredimail.....I know, don't say it!!!! Thanks.

I don't know about Incredimail, but Outlook has a view option that just previews the 1st few lines. Selecting this doesn't open the email. so you could try looking for something similar

Thanks for your answer,on some of the e-mails I might get just one line that would give some indication of its content.
But now if I don't recognise the address I just delete it.
I just wish that there was a prog that a simpleton like me could incorporate that could do the job for me!!
