Changing from weekly pay

My company is changing from weekly to monthly pay. Has anyone experienced this and how did the company administer it to make it easy for its employees?

Is there an independant body for help in education in scotland

self-employed...tax free?

they tried that in my brother's place of work, but were planning to pay 4 weeks' pay per month. That adds up to 48 weeks per year. They honestly tried to dock them all 4 weeks' pay per year and thought no-one'd notice...
