PC never shuts down

MY PC never shuts down when I turn it off. I always get the grey box with:

End Program Brdr
This program is not responding
Click cancel return to Windows... you will lose unsaved data... etc etc.

Then I have to press End Program before my PC shuts off.
What's Brdr anyway?

i found this answer on another forum for exactly the same question as yours.................

"Try searching for the file "ljdsrngj.exe" or some variation on that and delete it from System 32. The problem should be resolved there after. Zip up the file as a backup first just in case."
