Sometimes I need to contact a telephone number and allow my withheld number to display to the recipient. Does anyone remember what I dial in front of my number to do this? Just had an irritating browse through BT's website. Never been impressed with it...still not! Thank you! Fr B

It's 1470 for Virgin Media landlines too.
141 before your number but this only works if BT haven't witheld the number for you.

Thank you SO much everyone! And especially you Ethel! I kept fiddling around with numbers....I was getting close, but just couldn't quite get it right. We have several outgoing lines and I always thought one of them displayed, but it seems none of them does...so in trying to reach a preferred parish near where OldGrape lives I found I was being blocked!

Now we'll move with some progress!

Again, many thanks to ALL of you!

Ethel, you win my highest award for the day...a chiquita banana sticker!

be well
