Help please!

Hi,

I'm having a problm with the CD/DVD drive on the lap top!

I've tried updating the drivers & uninstall/reinstalling itbut no success - it doesn't even exist in 'my computer'

This is what I get in device manager - 'Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)'

Any ideas appreciated

I would

1) Uninstall the driver

2) Reboot (important)

3) After reebot re-install the device if prompted, if not select "Scan for hardware changes" as it says on the web page above.
