I have got Norton Antivirus 2003. I've looked in the contents to see if it has spyware in it, but can't find any reference to it. Does anyone know if it has, and if not, can anyone recommend a free bit of spyware.

The best free adware software ive found is ad-ware 6, is strips all of the advertising software from your pc, mine has ran better since I installed it 2 months ago. But I cant remember where I got it from tho, sorry.

better off getting spybot from the official site http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html also google for cwshredder which can remove browser hijacks NAV2003 should not contain spyware NAV2004 requires online authentication it will call home to ensure you are using a legitimate copy
