Mobile handsfree headset

Anyone had trouble with bluetooth finding a headset? I just bought the same brand HS as my mobile which picks up all bluetooth users in my immediate surroundings- but NOT the B+++++ same barand HS. Which is Samsung.....
I know this should be a separate question but I've tried twice to obtain WAP settings for this mobile from Orange and `i'm STILL waiting !
