hi there does anyone no any good free security and virus protection software and packages i used to have AVG but are there any others? what do you people think?

AVG is as good as any, Or you can use Avast.

A2 antispyware is very good, as is AVG anti-spyware (used to be Ewido and is a different product to AVG anti-virus)

Spybot, AdAware and XCleaner are also favourites of mine.

Hi 'cossiebot'.....as 'ethel' says ther are plenty of them out there....but why not use AVG again..its good and it works.
But if you want a change there is avast and avira
