printing page not right

i'm on ebay and trying to print out payment details ,on screen it's perfect, but when i try to print only the right hand side of the page prints ,stretched to cover the paper as though it was set in landscape-i've checked all my settings paper in portrait A4 size everything should be fine but it's not ,this only happens with this page . i just printed out this page on answerbank and its perfect ,i've got the topics on the left , recents posts on the right and all the questions down the middle .can anyone help me ?????????????? pleeeeaaaase !!!!!!!!!
