If you could travel back in time to medieval England, what three modern devices would you take with you to dazzle the locals? Always hoping that you did n`t get burned at the stake as a witch /wizard. My three.....1 digital camera. 2 some cannabis plants 3 an M16. Now that would change the course of history somewhat.

The digital camera would last as long as it's batteries, opiates and other drugs were around then and I wouldn't fancy your odds with a single M16 against an army of a couple of thousand.

I'd take a printing press with moulds for movable type and a good supply of paper and ink to get them going.

an M16 would make the most difference (theyre not gonna know it runs out of ammo.) i think cannabis plants have been around alot longer than medieval england, so i'd take the gun a collection of great books on medicine, engineering, and chemistry. and probably ray mears (although not technically a device) to know what i could or couldnt eat.

For knowledge, basic mettalurgy and forging/smithing,
and show them electrical works, making an army of SparkTroopers, and conquer greater Europe with advanced technology.

The idea of becoming the best fighter in the land traveling around, zapping knights, is so inviting to me, and one could earn some armor by fighting for cash and become king after you challenge some arrogant tyrant and show him electricity. Just avoid the arrows.
