TV making noise

My TV is making a clikcing noise whenever i put it on BBC 1. The sounds goes off when I turn the volume down, and is only on BBC1. What is wrong with it. Could it be the weather mucking up my reception.

It is possible that the weather has something to do with it although it seems unlikely if it's only BBC1. Is the picture fine? Do you have a VCR or digital system (Sky, Freeview, Cable etc) connected? If so, what is BBC1 like if you watch it through one of those? And do you have a fixed or portable aerial? Is it a regular clicking? How often does it happen?
