Have windows ME (although disc for this suite supports 2000 and XP) Have downloaded from internet what 'appears' to be ok for use with ME, but computer still will not recognise the phone. I've tried the USB ports (although it does ask with com port to use, and lists 1-20 ports - unsure of which one to select?) I've tried bluetooth and infarred and it still shows that no phone is connected under the connection Manager. This has definantly downloaded on computer - I have the desktop icon with the full 'suite' and icon on my taskbar - it just will not recognise the phone. Any ideas. Thanx in advance.

i had the same problem. uninstall it ALL, disconnect the phone, and rerun setup. it should ask you to attach the phone when its ready. there is a lot of help on the nokia website. took me a while, but i got there in the end.
