When planning a long post on AB I usually type it out in Word and then COPY it. Having got to the AB site I then PASTE the post in the appropriate place.
But recently the menu bar containing the EDIT facility (and therefore PASTE) has disappeared from the top of the internet page and the AB page.
How can I get it back?

I had a similar problem. I my case I found the copy/paste facility in the top right hand corner in a drop down menu titled PAGE also in the TOOLS menu hope this helps
Pressing CTRL and V usually acts a shortcut to paste. You can press that instead of opening a menu.

all above answers are correct and work but, assuming you are using internet explorer here, right click on a empty grey part at top of screen where the menus used to be and click on "menu bar" on the little popup menu you should get, this will put the menus back on top of screen.
