Microsoft frontpage

I have my own web site and frontpage software (both a gift) but I'm a complete layman and need some tuition in really simple terms. Does anyone know websites that could help, or a really simple step by step book?

start with a copy of something like

(have a look in the local library!)
with frontpage it's about as easy as it can get
(purists would say not ... but it will get you going)
what you need more than anything is talent
I can code reasonably well ... but I have no artistic talent whatsoever ....my pages tend to work ... but dayglow orange with lime writing for some reason doesn't appeal to some folk !

I used to train this 'back in the day' as an IT trainer. The most important question used to be if your ISP supported Frontpage server extensions otherwise half the stuff doesnt work, apart from what is standard with HTML. Maybe they all do these days?
