Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

Dear Friends and Experts of Answerbank. For last few days I am facing the following problem during Internet browsing, and for the reason Internet Functions stops and has to re-boot the system. Any suggestions to get rid of the problem, I shall be highly Obliged.

O/S. Windows XP (SP2), clean Install no Parasite is dedtected either with Kaspersky Internet Security or Trend Micro Internet Security Pro.

I hope that you don't mean that you have both Trend and Kaspersky products installed simultaneously. If so, it's possible that that is the cause of your problem.

Dear Rojash, thanks for your kind and prompt response. I am really obliged. Sorry, I depend only on Kaspersky and fully satisfied. Just for the sake of scanning the system to find any rogue application of Parasite I installed Trend and was Uninstalled after the job done.

1 virus
1 firewall
all the ad/spyware scanners you can eat! (but only one running in real time).
keep kaspersky .... dump trend

Thanks friends, all whatever is sugegsted is not at all working. Still the problem is persistant. Any concrete suggestion please.
