i am on virgin media when start up computer it says aquring network address then says low connectivity or no connectivity on my desktop my wireless laptop is running fine please help me fix this problem in simple terms please

On the bottom right hand side of your computer you will find a network connection, click on this and then follow the instructions. Hope this works.
