anybody know where I can download Microsoft Office 2003 Access. I have student version and need Access to complete my ECDL and don't want to but whole package

Unless the ECDL has changed drastically in the last 2 years, I don't think there is any requirement for a relational database. The requirement used only to be for a flat database and no particular manufacturer's product was specified.

Why not download OpenOffice.org from
http://www.openoffice.org/
It is totally free and can save in Microsoft formats for compatibility. It includes WP, SS, DB, Presentation and more.
