Hi, we r really short on cash at the mo, and need to cancel all the luxuries we have for a while, but we still need our broadband.. we have family abroad and sell lots online. So we need to keep it.
We r with vigin media for tv, phone and broadband, but can i cancel the tv and phone but keep broadband??
I really have no clue, but thought maybe i could as its supposed to be cable so does this not mean its not phoneline connected?? Many thanks x

It would probably depend on your contract as to what you can or can't do, and only virgin can tell you.

I don't have it, but because the same cable provides phone telly and broadband, I doubt even if you could cancel one or more or the services, the price will alter much.

Im on a special deal, all 3 for 42. But not tied in as had it for about 18 months now.
lose the tv from it and you can get it down to 15.50 a month, not worth losing the phone as well as the broadband/phone bundle is actually cheaper than the broadband on it's own
but your best bet is to call them, you'd be amazed the offers you can get sometimes if they think they will lose you as a customer all together
I have phone, including free weekend calls, 2mb broadband and basic tv for 15.50 per month. If you`re paying too much, ChuckFickens advice is good. I rang them a few years ago when I just had tv and phone and they offered me a much better deal.
