Cyberlink Power DVD

This is probably a really dumb question, but does anyone know how to STOP PowerDVD being the default player? it's really beginning to hack me off that every time i put in a dvd to edit it, cyberlink pops up trying to play it and then freezes and takes ages to go away.. i couldn't see anything in the settings section to enable me to turn it off and i am very close to uninstalling it and switching to VLC - the version i have is
5.51423
there was nothing on the cyberlink website that was helpful either.

Not a dumb question,

open my computer and right click on your DVD drive and select properties, on the window this brings up select the autoplay tab and in there you can change the default action that windows uses when a disk in inserted in the drive.

sorry forgot, make sure you select DVD movie from the drop down list on the autoplay tab to change what happens when a DVD is put in the ddrive
