DVD player + monitor... will they be compatible?
6 Answers
Hi. Have a flat with no TV aerial, and have no need for TV, but want to watch DVDs. If we buy an ordinary DVD player, and a flatscreen monitor, will we be able to watch the films? Or would it require an interface such as a computer or a "real" tv for it to process the DVD ? (in other words, would buying a monitor + DVD player just be a waste of money 'cos they won't do what we want?) Advice gratefully received!

This cable seems to do the job for you and is suitable for lcd monitors (not old type monitors)

Not sure what the quality will be like though.
