usb ports

I got a new lap top a few days ago and the two usb prts at the back dont work, do I have to activate them or something? The one at the side does!!
It's a Toshiba one if that helps

No you don't have to activate anything,they should just work.
I would Take it back to the shop.

Does it say 3 USB slots ?.
