Hi guys, when my wife sends a message to me from her phone I am not receiving them,we are on o2.She can ring me and that is ok.Any ideas please.

The same thing is happening today with my boyfriend and I, I'm with Orange and he's on o2. We've both phoned our network and they both said its nothing to do with them.
