SPINNING DISC

probably the wrong place to post this topic but here goes, seen a disc on a kids tv prog. the other day about 3in diameter they spun it like a coin but it spins faster + longer and then suddenly comes to an hault, I think it was called an Hoyle`s Disc (not 100% sure) any1 able to shed any light, thanks very glad

The disc was called an Euler disc and purely for interest i suspect the program you saw it on was How2 cos i saw it too. Check out this link http://how2.co.uk/index.php?p=14 (sorry its not a hotlink).It's amazing the junk you end up watching as a student!
