Where can i get a cheap website
I'm after someone who can do me a decent looking website for not much outlay as I'm a new business - I know I'm asking a lot, but if I can get one for under 400.00 it will really help me out?

Hosting companies can offer you all the tools and webspace/bandwidth you could possibly need for a small business and only 2 - 3 a month in hosting costs.
You could then either build the site yourself using the tools, or if you have taken out a year of hosting for about 30ish, you could use a couple of hundred paying someone to build the site for you to a fairly decent standard.
Alternatively, when you have paid for hosting you could pay 100 - 500 buying a prebuilt website that suits your business perfectly and just upload it to your host server.
There is no reason at all why you cant get a good small business website up and running for a minimum of 40 but realisitically if you want it to look professional enough around 200.
