How can I easily get rid of "WinSpywareProtect" it keeps popping up on the screen making out that I am under attack from all sorts of nasty things.

Or try Spybot or AVG antispyware 7.5 ..and try switching from Internet Explorer if you are using it

You'll get much less syware with Firefox 3
