Laptop/website problem

Hi, apologys now for my lack of technical knowledge. Basically on certain websites (particularly ocado), where there are pictures/buttons I am getting a little red cross instead. This means I can't take my shopping to the checkout. Does anyone know what I need to do to rectify this problem. Thanks in advance. x
