I've had to put some addresses on my Blocked Senders List, because I don't want to get mail from the senders. Although it's going directly to 'Deleted Items', the e-mail is still getting through.
How can I stop it being received altogether?

In order to prevent mail being downloaded from your provider's server, you need to use an external program, such as this:
http://www.mailwasher.net/
