E-mail links

Whenever I get an e-mail with a link on it & click on the link nothing happens. Can anyone tell me how to get it to work? Thanks

Try hovering your cursor over the link. It may say "Hold ctrl & click to follow...".

emails usualy have a link to send an e-mail (e.g a reply) like this mailto:[email protected] A link to a website will be You can copy and paste a website link ionto a browser. I know AOL doesn't always work with links. I dont know if these links will come out or if the editor will edit them.

Oops Replacing the < & > signs with ( & ) it will look like this.. (a href=http://www.awebsite.com)(/a)

Looks like it didnt come out.. anyway, if a link doesn't work by clicking on it, copy and paste it into a browser

What do you use to read your email? Web browser (hotmail), Outlook Express, something else altogether?

Stevie21 I use Outlook Express. It is very frustrating because I have a dispute with ebay & when I receive emails when I click on the link nothing happens. When I try to copy & paste the link it comes up with "website not available".
