e-mail address on ebay

I haven't used ebay for a couple of years. I want to make a bid now , but in my details there is an old e-mail address that is no longer active. How can I change this, or do I need to? If I win an item how would I get notification? Thanks for any advice.

In MyEbay, click Personal Information under 'My Account' in the left hand panel.

You can edit the email address from there.
