I can't see anything about a returns policy on their website.

When did you buy the phone?

What makes you think there is a returns policy?

Unless it is faulty, not as described or not fit for the purpose they are not legally obliged to take the phone back
was it the Orange Online shop or from a physical store. If online then you have a period of time to inspect it under the Distance Selling Regulations policy. If from a store then you had that opportunity and so Ethel is right and they are not obliged to take it back.

i bought it about 4 days ago. yeah iwasnt sure if they had to take it back or not. just thought it worth an ask as other shops (actual store not online) i have got phones from allowed 7 days before they refused a return if i changed my mind and hadnt used the phone.
how often do you change your mind?

why?
because you say
as other shops (actual store not online) i have got phones from allowed 7 days before they refused a return if i changed my mind

figure of speech .... or hobby?
most people are experts on which is the best deal ....
not which provider has the best returns policy
I'm just interested ...... or am I?
