Is it possible to save pictures taken on a camera phone and send them to an email address when the screen of the phone no longer works? If so, how can this be done?

in theory yes.

But you would need to know the precise key sequences to press on the phone to activate all the functions, and you also would have no real idea of what you were even taking the pictures of in the first place.

you could also, if you have, use the usb cable and software that came with your phone, this would allow you to view the phones folders on your pc allowing you to see what you are doing.
