If you mean a screen grab... try this (I'm not 100% as I use a Mac not a PC)...

alt and prtscn together

open up paint (start all progs accessories paint)

right click edit.

left click paste.

save as whatever you want, change format to jpg if you want to tinypic it etc.

You can just click 'File' at the top left of the page and 'save as'.
