e mail attatchments

I have a number of e mails with attatchments, all photos of my grandchildren in the USA. I would like to create files for the photos, but I dont know how to as I am not at all computer literate. Can anybody give me a step by step guide for a computer idiot please

Right click on all the photos in turn in your emails, and click 'save as'.

Choose My Pictures as a convenient place

Go to Start - My Pictures.

Click 'make a new folder' in the left hand panel, and give this folder a name - grandchildren.

Now you can drag all the photos very easily into this folder.
Now on your desktop, click
