I set a really low price on an item with a 7 day auction. No bids have come in for 4 days now. I really don't want to sell the item for this low price: I was just trying to get people interested. Am I allowed to raise the minimum price so that I don't have to sell it really cheap if somebody bids at the last moment?
Thanks for your reply, Ethel. You"re right: I'm getting a little "nervous". This is only my second transaction so I think cancelling wouldn't add to my reputation as a seller or buyer. As you say things can change quickly, My first item was listed for 99c and sold for $39. Thanks again.
Ac - as I could very easily be found by my sales line, there is no way I would tell anybody here. It's nothing personal, except to say if you needed the product you'd find me, if you didn't, you probably don't know it exists.
........................must be a bit old-fashioned I suppose: I tend to adhere to guidelines, principles, rules, and regulations. Loosing sleep...nah: sleep like a Baybe.
I was watching the end of an auction last night, and the bids jumped up around $20 in the last minute....interesting! Yes, grass, I've got 2 'watchers'. If the starting price is 99c or p doesn't the first bid have to be higher than that?
