kapersky problems

I have installed Kapersky 2009 but I keep getting one after another box on the bottom right of the page saying:

'keygold Seure NDIS Filter: access to another process memory c: (file name) Denied.'

It is denied access to many files, why and what can be done to solve it?

Please go to Settings, Options, Notifications and uncheck Enable events Notifications.

In future no Notification will be available.

This product is very smart and gives the real alerts which are of real use, but if you don't need any Notification, please do as given above.
