Have just got a new PC with Vista... Went on Internet banking and no pad lock... Says 'Protected Mode :on' - but says this all the time... How do I get the pad lock ? Do I need the pad lock ? Thanks you :)

look at the address in the address bar, as long as it starts HTTPs then it's fine, it's a secure page.
